Custom Sports Services has been a registered, licensed business since 1981. We are a husband-wife team, Pat and Anita, offering a wide variety of health, fitness and management services. 

Our goal is to enrich the lives of adults and children with improved health, fitness and nutrition, emphasizing the "lifetime" activities: fitness walking, tennis, cycling, and swimming. Our niche is customizeing training programs, for tennis and general life fitness, for athletes and everyday people. We are experienced program directors, instructors and clinicians, in tennis cycling and other activities. Our 2008 project focused on mental fitness, combining business psychology and self awareness to negate work stress. "Making the Job Work for You" is our self-study guide book to balance the stress that comes from earning a living.  

Patrick Mason    Certifications: Master USPTA Tennis Professional, college coach, Masters in Business Management, certified Playground Inspector, Parks and Recreation Professional, Forklift instructor. Expertise working with Mountain Bike trail safety.

Guitarist/musician and sound. Currrently playing in Broward Contradance Band 

Anita Mason      Masters in Exercise Physiology, tennis and cycling coach, and personal trainer. Expertise in Community Health Promotions.  Specialty is customized fitness, skills development and weight-loss programs for children and adults. Diet is a cornerstone of Lifetime Fitness. Anita's Bakery is your kitchen connection for reworking fatty, traditional recipes into tasty, nutritional healthy delights (and lucky taste-master Pat gets to sample them all!)

Pat and Anita are available for speaking engagements, seminars on facility programming, facility risk management assessment and contracts. Custom Sports Services is based out of the Pembroke Falls Recreation Facility, located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
